My name is Lauren Burns and I am a resident in counseling who graduated from Virginia Tech’s counseling masters program. I have experience working with middle school aged children within the school and adults in outpatient settings. I have worked with adults at of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, life-transitions, self-esteem issues and more.
