Arpenik Stepanyan, MA, Resident in Counseling
Arpenik Stepanyan is a Licensed Resident at Light Counseling. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas A&M University and furthered her education at Liberty University, where she received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During her time at Texas A&M, she continued to develop a passion for service and ministry. She was involved in helping freshmen get plugged into the local church, serving at camps, mentoring middle school girls, and teaching English classes to international students. Towards the end of her degree when she was deciding her next steps, she took a course on counseling, which changed the trajectory of herlife. She ended up moving to Lynchburg, VA to pursue my master’s in ClinicalMental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Looking back, she says can see the Lord’s hand in herlife and how He guided herduring every season and transition. Originally from Armenia, she moved several times growing up before settling down in Texas. Arpenik is passionate about helping people of all ages and loves to see how God works in the lives of her clients through sessions.
