Carly Malocsay, BS, Graduate Intern

Carly is a clinical mental health counseling intern. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a cognate in Counseling. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Counselor Education with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Carolina University with a graduation date of May 2026. Carly has experience working with families, children and teens, specifically focusing on life changes, trauma, relationships, behavioral and emotional issues and developmental disabilities. She prioritizes creating a compassionate and safe space for clients to process their experiences and emotions. She is passionate about empowering clients to create meaningful life changes through a collaborative approach rooted in evidence-based therapeutic techniques. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, traveling and golf.
