Mikey Morales, MA, Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy
Mikey is a Licensed Resident in Counseling who received his Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University. Mikey has experience working with children and youth in individual and family settings. Mikey has diverse experience working with youth in various settings, including the school setting, outpatient care for foster youth, and families in crisis. Mikey has a background in Attachment Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic frameworks. Mikey has a passion for assisting individuals and Families in healing from different self-image distortions, via systems or relational experiences in the past or present. Mikey is passionate about working with individuals of ministry-related family backgrounds, working with Missionary Kids and Pastor Kids to create a safe space for healing. On his off time, Mikey spends time on self-care activities like running, climbing, and hiking, as well as reading books and watching sports.
