Sliding Scale

We understand that financial concerns can sometimes be a barrier to receiving care. Our Sliding Scale Program is designed to make therapy more accessible by offering reduced fees based on financial need.

Important Information

• Applications can take up to 5 business days to process.
• Submitting an application does not a guarantee of approval, nor does it guarantee assignment to a specific provider.
• Each provider has a limited number of sliding scale clients, and availability may be restricted.
• If approved, you will not be able to use insurance or receive a superbill in combination with the sliding scale program.
• Approved patients must reapply every 12 months if they wish to continue receiving a sliding scale rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

Once you complete the application, our team will review your information and determine whether you qualify for a reduced fee. You’ll be notified within 5 business days.

Who qualifies?

The program is available to patients who demonstrate financial need and when provider availability allows. Approval is based on both eligibility and clinic capacity.

Can I choose my provider?

We will do our best to accommodate preferences, but sliding scale slots are limited, and a specific provider cannot be guaranteed.

Can I use insurance and sliding scale together?

No. If you are approved for the sliding scale program, you cannot combine it with insurance coverage or request a superbill.

How long does my approval last?

Sliding scale approval is valid for 12 months. After that period, patients must reapply if they wish to continue in the program.
